    When I had my hip replacement op, my BMI was 40ish :o Most of the surgeons I saw said I had to lose weight first. One surgeon I saw that he was prepared to do the op as he reckons I would lose weight after through being more active. And he was right :D
    BMI now is about 31 so still to high :o
