Afternoon
Busy busy today.
A hotch potch of food so far:
Overnight oats, an apple, a mugshot, some leftover cottage pie (2 + 1/4 HEXA), some potato/leek/bacon soup, some carrot sticks, beef space raiders (3). Strawberries in the fridge if I'm hungry later, here til 4.
Tea is chicken supreme with cauli rice and SW chips.
Why is it I'm always STARVING when I get back on plan? I'd never eat that volume when I'm off...0 -
My weekend wasn't totally off plan. Hotel breakfasts (fruit, toast, egg, beans ,bacon, mushrooms) were fine although bread may have been just brown and there's always some oil. I had a couple of JP lunches and some steak and salad but I had lots of off plan stuff too including very many wine syns:D.
That's impressive food optimising where it was possible. Given the option of hotel food I would not have been able to be so refinedWhy is it I'm always STARVING when I get back on plan? I'd never eat that volume when I'm off...
Doesn't matter if you eat loads, as long as it is free and speed food.
I think sometimes when we have eaten badly, especially sugar, when you then don't eat it you get cravings, and when you are being good you can just feed those cravings, but with healthy stuff, therefore you tend to eat lots.Zebras rock0 -
Hiya everybody had a very bad day again. All meals today ended up off plan.
So I will try again, Thursday's menu...
Breakfast.. overnight oats B
Lunch..veg soup Ryvita / butter 6 syns jelly 0.5 syns pear.
Dinner. Double egg and s/w chips.tomatoes beetroot.
Extra. F f yoghurt. Pkt crisps 5 syns

While I write up my post for today,can someone tell me how many syns are in Tesco pure sunflower oil .It is in a pump bottle,which says it is 2 cal/spray.Thank youSPC #36 :staradminx 8.SPC7=£751.10 SPC8=£651.04 SPC9=£843.00 SPC10=£872.76

I have had an awful day today.How I haven't fallen off the SW wagon ,and not gone for the 2 easter eggs I hid from myself the other day,I do not know:o.
My menu for today:
Breakfast: 2 poached eggs,2 tomatoes,1 slice wholemeal toast with no marg
Lunch: salad: ham,hard boiled egg,red pepper,carrot,tomatoes,mange tout
Tea: chicken,sweet potato wedges,peas,mini sweetcorn,mange tout,splash of gravy (syns)

Had a good day yesterday. Resisted lots of bad stuff, and had plenty of speed foods.
Today's plan:
Breakfast - overnight oats
Lunch - stilton salad
Dinner - Chicken stir fry
Snacks - Fruit and Skips
HA - milk and cheese
HB - oats
Syns - salad dressing (0.5), skips (4.5)Zebras rock0 -
Good morning slimmers
Another on plan day planned for today (although I did have a sneaky cider, then a vodka last night, so 13 syns but still well within for the week).
B - Strawberries and a banana (wasn't hungry so picking at them at work)
D - Chicken, ham, new potato and boiled egg salad, carrot sticks. I have some potato, leek and bacon soup too.
T - Bacon and mushroom carbonara
HEXA - Parmesan in tea (is it 30g?)
HEXB - Ryvita minis or alpen lights
Does anyone know what the low syn options at TGI Fridays are please? Going on Saturday night for my goddaughter's 18th. I know I can have steak and salad at a push, but am not fancying that right now...0 -

L: rocket, tomato, onion and turkey salad
SW curry
Snacks: carrot sticks, celery sticks
Syns, 3 for mini curly wurly.

Hi everyone
Checking in with a 1lb gain bah! That Easter bunny has a lot to answer for :rotfl:
Straight back on it though, normally have an off plan day when I weigh myself but I feel more positive this week so instead of stuffing my face, I ate properly and did a weights workout :eek: think I have found my motivation at last
As well as following SW I'm also giving tracking my calories a go using myfitnesspal and I have to say it's working really well for me. I feel like lately I'm needing the extra discipline of restricting calories so I don't go overboard and binge. So we'll see how that goes .. day 3 so far!
