From my experience of 'collect @store' I wouldn't rely on a sale item being properly reserved

If memory serves me correctly, they have loads of PS2 games stock on Xmas Eve, adverts then say something like latest games for £25 instead of £40, mysteriously though, no stock on shelves on boxing day. mmmm. after 2 wasted boxing day mornings at PC World I won't be rushing again this year.

However if the item you reserved is out of stock and you make a fuss you can get a similar item that costs more for the price of the item you reserved ;)

you have to bear in mind that collect at store relies on someone picking the item for you. On Boxing day when PC World takes over £125000 they just do not have the manpower to do it.
:D The glass is always half full, no exceptions !!:D
