    Evening Elite :wave: I'm another one waiting for the APG system to recognise my 10 items as went for Right Guard deo today

    Also been to docs about the excrutiating pain in my knee when standing/walking. To be referred back to specialist I would have to be referred back to Physio but as I had already done all of this last year, he is referring me instead to the weight clinic at hospital as I need to get down to under 35 BMI to have knee op and WHEN I get there, they can refer me for op. So back on proper diet again :o I do know that I can do it, but some days the pain or depression just gets to me too much and I don't look after myself properly and diet/healthy eating goes out of the window

    Oh poor pup, Jeremiah, must be awful to go through all of that :(

    If I weren't already in the pub I would try it.
    I do think this element of it Tesco stopped last year
