    Find normal number on say no to 0870 and ask for the cancellation dept

    I did not fancy phoning recently so I emailed them from the web site. Took a couple of days but I got an email saying sorry etc etc, your service will disconnect on ......

    Easiest cancellation ever.

    Do you have a link? Would like to do this myself as I only have a mobile at the moment and it will cost a lot to phone them.

    Although I say email you have to fill in a form on the web site and they email you back.
