This is all home made
I am actually uhm at 'work' now..........:o
but if anyone wants any recipes I will post them tonight when I get back home;)
I live alone and I froze most of it for the week to take to work and eat at night and to give to friends (hungry friends:D )
- 8 portions of cannelloni :4 filled with ricotta cheese (sort of italian cottage cheese) and courgettes and 4 filled with white sauce and tomato sauce and mince
- 2 loaves of bread
- 6 rolls
- 8 sweetcorn and potato fritters
- 1 tiffin cake (8 portions)
- 1 spaghetti with courgettes and cream omelette (8 portions)
- 6 portions of turkey and mozzarella balls
- 2 portions of potato mash
- 1 pizza with courgettes
- 1 pizza with potatoes
- 2 portions of small cherry tomatoes with stuffing and mozzarella cheese
- 4 portions of potato gnocchi (dumplings)
- 6 portions of potatoes,mushrooms and emmenthal cheese bake
- 8 crepes
- 1 portion of chicken breast in white wine with sweetcorn
- 2 portions of mince and potatoes

hi yes it is similar to the one skintchick wrote but I didn't use fruit in it only digestive biscuits, cocoa, margerine, golden syrup and I added coconout since I don't like raisins but you could add nuts or anything else and then you just cover it with chocolate and chill and then the best part:eat it!;)

p.s did a quick search and found out that 'tiffin' is an Anglo-Indian term for lunch or afternoon snackhalf scottish half italian :100%moneysaver0
