Buying a house in Sylhet, Bangladesh

Hi All,

I'd like to know how much the average 4/5 bedroom house in Sylhet, Bangladesh would cost to purchase.

I've heard they can be a similar price to the properties in the south east of England.
I'd also like to know how much it would cost to build a similar sized property over there too.
