    My asbo gets bashed too :( she's currently got a scabby ear and doesn't like going out if one of us isn't there with her

    Also been to docs about the excrutiating pain in my knee when standing/walking. To be referred back to specialist I would have to be referred back to Physio but as I had already done all of this last year, he is referring me instead to the weight clinic at hospital as I need to get down to under 35 BMI to have knee op and WHEN I get there, they can refer me for op. So back on proper diet again :o I do know that I can do it, but some days the pain or depression just gets to me too much and I don't look after myself properly and diet/healthy eating goes out of the window

    I know the feeling very well 3dogs and I'm only just 40 - I've already been told I'll need a new knee soon and my other one is playing up now too. Here, the BMI limit on the NHS is 30 and I'm hovering around that :o I know what I need to do but sometimes the pain after exercise, or even during if on the cross trainer is too much to bear and I end up not being able to do the exercise I so need to do.

    It's a viscous circle that doesn't have any magic results ::(
