Where to claim?

Options
Hi, I had a mortgage with 'ABBEY' (taken over by 'SANTANDER') , arranged through a broker, who told me I would not get the mortgage without payment protection insurance, which he then arranged with an insurance company 'BRIGHT GREY INSURANCE'. I paid the premiums directly to the insurance company, from 2004 - 2010 I paid £112.80 per month to Bright Grey. My question is who do I try to claim from? The Broker, the Insurance company or Abbey/Santander?
Look forward to some answers, many thanks.

You complain to the entity that sold it to you. Ie the broker.

However, be aware that if it was compulsory, either as part of the lending criteria or as part of your contract with the broker, it will not have been mis sold.
