    Thanks for that info but I gave up counting syns when I realised that there was a can of coconut milk (full fat :eek:) as well as the 4 tbs of peanut butter (:eek::eek:).....not to mention the bottle of red hubby had opened!

    I'm just going to have to be super good for the rest of the week :A

    DH couldn't make today's game and he was lucky! Silver lining was that Liverpool lost 5-0!:D


    I had a Tuna Nicoise salad before the game so an extra couple of syns for a drizzle of dressing but otherwise stayed on plan. I'm still sticking with half time bananas until I'm back in target zone. Not missing the chocolate.:)


    Raspberry gin sounds interesting beanie. Is it more synful than the plain stuff?

    No syns counted though.
