In a belated attempt to limit the damage of G Osborne's pension 'reforms' the Government is to ban cold calling texts and emails plugging scam 'investments'

I suppose this is worse than useless as well because it will only ban those companies based in Britain. So the legitimate companies will be banned, wheras the scammers will carry on regardless.
