But then the whole thread is a little odd. No question asked, no advice sought. 'Surveyor found damp at the property I'm buying. Vendor wont pay. Found another surveyor. Vendor paying for damp proofing.'
I'm pleased it all worked out, but puzzled as to the reason for the post.0 -
If you get a chance please post the contents of the survey.
A lot of damp remedial work is dodgy. I'd rather not have it done to a property I'm buying, depending on what it is.0
