AXA self investor - username?

Options
Yesterday I registered with Axa with the intention of opening it's self investor stocks and shares isa. I still haven't received my username by email, I've tried clicking forgot my username twice too and still no email contact.

Their phone lines are shut until Monday, anyone else had this problem? And anyone know if there's a set format for usernames with Axa so I can have a guess?

    Have you checked your spam folder? Did you give them a correct email address?

    Thanks for the idea, I tried it but it didn't work and said if I did 5 attempts it would lock my account. So looks like I'll have to wait till Monday and ring them. I'm impatient though, it's my first dabble into stocks and shares!

    If you don't try the correct username, how will they know who to lock out?

    I had a surprise phone call today from a very nice lady from AXA, this thread had been spotted and she had checked my account, colsten was right, I had typed the email address in wrong :o should have triple checked!

    She very kindly altered the email address and sent me my username and I'm all set up now.

    So thank you very much for your help Naomi from AXA!! Much appreciated.
