Lloyds Business Banking - your experiences?

In January I tried to use the Current Account Switching Scheme to move from HSBC Business (which I find infuriating) to Lloyds.

Contrary to the email I received that explained what would happen next, no documentation ever arrived, no-one ever called and no more emails came through, which makes me wonder if that's the sign of things to come from Lloyds.

Should I bother trying again? Has anyone else switched to Lloyds Business?

    Does CASS apply to Business accounts ?
    Never pay on an estimated bill

    They offer it so I can only assume it does.

    "A guaranteed switch in 7 working days, from when your account is opened using the Current Account Switch Service (CASS)"
