Loan Spotter - Spotted my friend :(

Hi guys

My friend just sent me this email, wondered if anyone can suggest anything?

Applied for a small loan online, had a company call me called loan spotter. I thought they were going to help me, so agreed and stupidly gave my bank details. I then changed my mind, told them I was not interested, hung up the phone, and now they have taken £59.99 out of my bank. My bank cannot help me as I willingly gave my bank details 
I’ve tried called the number on their site, which is not working 

I am so upset and feel so stupid x

Thanks to anyone who replies x

I've highlighted the key points, your friend will get nowhere at all by ringing or emailing. The process is really simple yet hardly anyone can work it out.
    Fees

    10. We charge a fee for providing the service of acting as a finance broker. We specify the fee as part of our communications with You. If You do not enter into a loan offered by a lender or financier within 60 days we act for You we will refund the fee less the £5 brokerage fee provided for by the Consumer Credit Act 1974. Refunds must be requested in writing to avoid repayments being sent to a wrong address. To facilitate Us processing payments and repayments You authorise Us to retain your charge, credit and debit card details. If a lender or financier makes You a loan or finance offer, in addition to the fee We may also receive a variable commission from the lender or financier (more detail is available on request) and You agree that We may retain it.

    12. Under Financial Services (Distance Marketing) Regulations 2004 you have a right to cancel your application within 14 days of receiving these terms and conditions and receive a refund. If You wish to cancel your application, You must write to Loan Spotter UK notifying us. In this event We will refund your fee within 30 days of the date on which You write to Us to cancel your application. Any such requests should be made to: Customer Service Department, Loan Spotter, 53 Fountain Street, Manchester, M2 2AN.

It gets worse, she has had more money taken from her account from two more loan companies :( I have no idea what she has done but she just come into work crying.

The two companies are "go cheap loans £59.99" and "Greenleaf Finance £69.99"

She is going to get in a mess here, she cannot afford food or anything, I have suggested she get in touch with CAB?

Did she follow Apples' advice with the first one? She needs to do the same thing with these and any other companies she's handed her card details over to. She will get her money back but she needs to follow the instructions in their t&cs

And for heaven's sake, tell her to stay off the internet. She's not cut out for going online.

I guess she is desperate for money. If you are enough of a friend to lend her some and have the means to lend it - bearing in mind that you may well not get it back - do so. Otherwise, try to make her see that the only loans she is going to get are payday loans, buddy loans and doorstep loans. Once your credit hits rockbottom, that's it. Your credit can hit rockbottom without you ever having defaulted simply because you already owe too much. That's what it's like out there now.

Does she remember how many different websites she entered her bank account details in to as there may be more to come?

    Time for your friend to

    1) stop applying for loans especially from dodgy sites
    2) stop giving out her debit/bank details online
    3) change bank accounts
    4) Visit the debt free wannabe board for budgeting and debt advice
