Just trying to calculate if it is worth to buy a house or keep renting and invest money into my business which I am not sure how ti will take me to grow? Just want a good advice.

Is this a lump sum you have to either use as a deposit or invest in the business? Only you know how committed you are to the business & the likely success?
You're likely to save every month on a mortgage over rent and will be able to keep any increase in value which would make me look to buy if I could.0 -
