Please show us the application notice as requested above. Johnersh is legally qualified (make a note of that, TPS) so you definitely don't want to lose his interest in this case.They want to throw my defence out. Will it discredit my defence ? The papers they gave m today included all the photos again,forum post and was addressed to the court0

Yes. The address for service of the claimants lawyer is found on the back of the claim form right above where they signed it (funnily enough).
Since the claimant wants to strike you out, might I suggest that you get a copy of the application notice posted on here asap? Otherwise your case will be toast and you'll be outta bread....0
