To be fair I nearly never don't.

At work we have our own small canteen for five people. We have a toaster, toasty maker, George Forman, spare kettle just for boiled eggs and a micro- wave and of course a fridge..

I take everything in, fresh fish, steak, left overs form the night before. Tonight I had a defrosted veg curry as the wife always makes extra. I always have a look at whats near the end dates and take that in.
  • Updated :) Nelliepie, I am counting that one as you didn't have to buy anything!

Scd3scd4 once you are in the habit it's so much easier isn't it? I got in to the habit of buying coffee on the way to work and then crappy meal deals, which add up to a frightening amount throughout the year!
