My partner loves the marinated chicken you get from the supermarket, BBQ, piri-piri, Chinese etc which you can uses for sandwiches or salads.
It's super expensive and not very good welfare so I've had several goes at doing my own but it's not even close to as good.
Anyone have any recipes or tips?
