    Hope you've all had a lovely day in the sun, I've spent most of the day going to various garden centres looking for outdoor furniture & flymo parts. Got the bits needed for the mower but still no join finding the furniture that I like.

    Managed to sneak away from DP to look in Mothercare as well looking at maternity clothes, saw an absolutley lovely dress but £32!! I will only wear it for a week or two when we are on holiday so can't really justify that much, hope it comes in the sale lol

    Evening everyone.

    Well done on wins FireFly and Indie. Indie hope you are settling back into work ok.

    Great to hear From you Rose. Hope you had a good time with GKs.

    Alfie hope you enjoyed being taken for a walk!

    Here family went off about 8pm. Hoping the two would sleep in the car they were both tired. Should take about 2 -2 and half hours. Little one actually sat on my lap this evening, for first time ever, when parents were packing car up. DD2 was 40 yesterday can't believe it. I was so much younger when I had her and had more energy. She also has had arthritis since she was 14. She had a flare up with her right hand overnight very painful. It's really difficult for her but our SIL is very helpful. She was pleased to come home as she hadn't been for well over a year when DH was in hospital and she was pregnant.

    Other DD and family came for dinner yesterday so all go here. Very quiet now. DH and I just had a glass of wine so cheers FireFly.

    Thanks FireFly. All quiet here this morning. DD never complains but it is difficult with little ones. Shame they live so far from us and even when we go little ones cling to her. Still they enjoyed the break from cooking and clearing up.

    Looks a little bit brighter out today. Anything will be better than last few days. We had heating on a lot.

    Tennis to look forward to today. Come on Andy!

    Morning, well done on the surprise win leanfun. They are the ones i like...lol.It's beautiful here this morning, sunny and very warm. I have my washing out, taken son to work and watered plants. I am off to post my timesheets in office letterbox in a minute (the office is only down the road). Got to pick up some more bacon and rolls as neice and kids are coming over to see how the sunflowers are growing then going for a walk over the waterside. Bacon butties all round after.Hope you all have a good day.

    Phew! It's a scorcher of a day here -

    Just waved off lovely family and their gorgeous pets. They
    had a brill time in Ireland but back to work for all of
    them tomorrow. :D

    hear of your family - so sorry though that DD had a
    flare up re arthritis - very painful! Hope it has eased a
    little for her now.
