2.5k for March 2011. Aiming to go a bit higher next (This) month...Feb 2012 - onwards MF achieved
September 2016 - Back into clearing a mortgage - Was due to be paid off in 32 years in March 2047 -
April 2018 down to 28.00 months vs 30.04 months at normal payment.
Predicted mortgage clearing 03/2047 - now looking at 02/2045
Aims: 1) To pay off mortgage within 20 years - 20370 -
Blimey, that's an impressive overpayment!
Why oh why, after massively stretching myself just a week ago to get in before the overpayment limit deadline, am I still checking my current account every single day in the deluded hope that I'll magically be able to get some more funds together towards another overpayment? Damn, this overpaying stuff is addictive huh...0 -

Grand total overpaid this year £1379.08.
Made the most of not paying the water rates and Council Tax but both of those kick in again this month.....
Still doing work on the house (nothing big, ongoing maintenance....looking after the investment!) so not really sure how OPs will fare over next few months.....hoping to hit afew carboot sales soon and get rid of lots of 'preloved' (!) items!!

No 7. reporting in with a £70 OP for April. Obviously hoped to pay more as have done so well so far this year but have had to start saving too as we are expecting a baby in October and I want some back up funds for Maternity leave!
Hopefully i can OP a bit more throughout the month and get back on track with a great OP next month.
