I want a stocks and shares ISA but don't want to have to manage it myself i.e. don't want to have to choose stocks and shares. How is it best to do this?

If you don't want to make any choices then you are going to find it very difficult.
You need to do some research on investing. Try http://monevator.com/ and http://diyinvestoruk.blogspot.co.uk/
The easiest way to get started is through multi-asset funds like Vanguard LifeStrategy; Blackrock Consesus; L&G Multi Index; HSBC Global Strategy. They will give you a well-diversified portfolio. You can learn more about them by searching on here: https://www.trustnet.com/
You will buy these funds through a platform, who will charge you various fees. Details of these different platforms and their fees can be found here: http://monevator.com/compare-uk-cheapest-online-brokers/
Alternatively, you can make an appointment to speak with an Independent Financial Adviser.0
