Was on £63k at my last employer, but no progression available as I don't hold a 2:1 degree.

30 - Quality Analyst for a financial company - £26K, with annual performance incentives this can push me up to £29K.

Been in this position for 5 years though, so next year I'm looking for a new job, and hopefully a better paid one.

I don't know what an SEO or SEM expert is, but I don't really want to know if they get paid substantially less than the National Minimum Wage !

SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) "experts" can earn a lot more than that if salaried, £30k is more typical but over £40k can be achieved.

I suspect the poster is working through a site such as fiverr.com or similar.
