Oh dear, I went wonky today. I only had curry and crispy oven potatoes.
For my dinner this evening. I will forget it and think about tomorrow.

Not sure how you make your curry wiz. I'd make a sauce based on a tin of tomatoes or passata (Speed). You could have onions (although you'd need to blitz them;)) then you could add mushrooms and diced carrot too and peppers (not sure how you feel about those). I'd be willing to bet you could add courgettes too and you wouldn't even taste them.

Plus I can declare my kitchen cupboards closed until breakfast!

No problem with eating in the evening curlgirl. We all get munchies. What matters is that you keep SW friendly things in your cupboards sweet or savoury whatever is your preference.

I think the pedometer is a great idea lois. You could take a walk round the block f needs be to add to your totals.:)

Meal was quite SW friendly tonight although despite ordering salad and new potatoes (no butter) with my steak they still gave me onion rings which I had to eat.:o Another could have been worse meal.

If you like eggs , boil some and have in the fridge if you are peckish, grab one, or make a crustless speed quiche, lean ham etc
I am not an apple person

All the things in bold are either Healthy Extra A (Dairy type) or Healthy Extra B (fibre). So HEA or HEB. If you think HEB is the Bread (or cereal or crackers etc) one then it's easy to remember.

On the extra Easy plan that you're doing, you're allowed 1 HEA and 1 HEB each day. There are lists in the first posts about how much you're allowed but ask if you're not sure.

Not sure how much milk you've had in total but let's say 1 HEA which is 250mls of semi-skimmed.

You've had 2 HEBs. 2 Weetabix is one and the slice of toast is another so you'll have to syn one of them. If it's a small slice then it's 3 syns, from a large loaf is 6 (roughly).

As you haven't had any other syns today (why not?) it's not a problem.

    HTH.

Shala was it you I saw posting on Instagram yesterday about the pot noodles? They looked really good, what a shame you didn't enjoy it!

Beanie - sorry to hear that :(

Well logging on MFP has made me realise what a normal portion of pasta should look like :o Had about half what I normally would tonight and haven't fainted with starvation yet, so hopefully that'll boost the weightloss a bit. Finishing on 11 syns and 1170 cals. Feeling very virtuous yet still fat!

Well done on a brilliant loss Cazza.

1/2 lb off for me last night. Disappointed, but probably fair.
Unfortunately I couldn't stay to group, but really needed to for some motivation. Determined for a good loss this week.

    Today's plan:
    Breakfast - Overnight oats
    Lunch - HM pot noodle
    Dinner - Frittata
Snacks - fruit, Skips and marshmallows (nicely toasted on a wood fire :) )

    HA - milk
    HB - oats
    Syns - miso (0.5), Skips (4.5), marshmallows (1 each)
I'm not having the chocolate digestives that should sandwich the marshmallows in to a smore, and I am going to be trying to limit my marshmallows to 2
    Zebras rock
