How do you rate your bank account's service?

We run this poll on big banks' current accounts every six months to see how the experience changes. We’d love your feedback.

    I only need customer service when something goes wrong and in over 30 years, nothing has gone wrong with my current account.

    Does that make the customer service good or bad?

    Perhaps a poll asking when people last used customer service might be a better option rather than how good it is.
