  • Aww thanks Keedie, my one big payment of the month unfortunately haha. And wish it was going into savings and not to loans but hey no that's life and I think the vast majority of us have learnt from our mistakes, anyhoo, today's payment is £20 to the dreaded b'card.
Keep going everyone, pennies or pounds it all makes a difference.

swimming - it sounds like your new method will work for you, and it's good to see that you are building an emergency fund (I've spent mine and have to start again from scratch ).

    Keedie,
    xx

I've got a leaky shower and dodgy boiler at the moment so I'll probably be joining you soon!

    • £1000 emergency fund - £5
    • 6 months living expenses - £5
    • Son's savings - £5

Don't worry about the total Keedie, these things happen.

Erme, good luck with resisting the random retail therapy, you can do it. :T

thanks so much for the encouragement sashy...My random retail therapy has been so good past few days since resisting the big splurge

First day RRT - 75p on chocolate and a photo frame I needed

Yesterday - RRT - 19p on a Basil plant I need for making pesto from the corner shop that was wilting :)

I call that great retail therapy :)2uge4p4.gif

    Keep on padding folks!!!!
