Good thinking retired, I'll have to have a look. It seems to be 1 step forward 10 back at the moment, but I'd like to."If you can dream it, you can do it". Walt Disney0 -

Well today has been flipping awful. I logged into my mortgage account this morning, and a big warning came up that we are in arrears and need to do something about it urgently!
It then said we were £40k in arrears
Naturally I panicked. I wondered if they were calling in the mortgage or something. Then when I calmed down I figured, how could we be in £40k arrears without them telling us about it. It would mean that we'd never have made a payment to the mortgage!
I looked at the balances and all was as it should have been, all payments are showing, and double checked all statements to see if any arrears had been noted before. Nothing whatsoever.
I figured I'd contact them after work to see what the hell was going on. But have just logged in again, and the whole message is gone. It must have been a glitch. Everything looks normal. What a relief!
Even though I knew it couldn't be right, it still had me panicking so much!
DH has gone to get my car, so waiting to find out how much that is. Shouldn't be too much as they haven't found anything wrong. I'll just have to hope that it doesn't happen again."If you can dream it, you can do it". Walt Disney0 -

I've managed to get some listings on. :T
DH is working tonight so will have a relaxing evening once the kids are in bed.
The lovely folk at the garage didn't charge me a thing :T Just have to see how it goes now, hopefully it was a one off. I need to try and keep some cash aside for a starter motor in case it is that which needs replacing."If you can dream it, you can do it". Walt Disney0
