Ugh worst parent on the planet today! Last minute GP appointment that then took AGES to get in to actually see the GP. Made me late for picking youngest up  25 minutes late!! :o

The first time ever and I've been doing nursery/school runs for over 6 years! I feel so bad I still feel sick about it :(

School was brilliant about it, I called to tell them obviously. I just feel awful :(

Youngest has bedtime for the weekend so will need to take some pictures of the bear being involved in the Xmas activities and bedtime and send them into school Monday.

Older two said Xmas dinner was okay but they don't want to go on school dinners :rotfl:

I'm so tired. I think an early night for us all is the plan.

I do still feel awful :o A lot of Mummy guilt :o

Youngest however is completely over it and so happy she has bedtime bear :rotfl:

We went to visit relatives for a cuppa. Smalls showered in gifts and sweets  We only see them once a year luckily :rotfl:

Need to do some decorating. Don't think I'd settle laying down anyway.

Still haven't meal planned! Spent just under £5 in L!dl on fruit, veg and milk, but really need to do a list and things though

Sometimes we are late and it's out of our control - but you phoned the school and they looked after youngest and through it some part of her has learned that Mummy does come and get her and there's nothing to worry about... so she's learned a good life lesson without being traumatised. That's what I call a secure child so you must be doing the parenting thing right. :) x
