The flipping pharmacy wouldn't sell me any without a GP diagnosis  I checked on the NHS website and it says there is no need to see a GP unless you are pregnant, breastfeeding or under 2. None of which apply! I've been to a different one this morning who had no such qualms and said there's loads about at the moment ewww.
I found a note in his bag this morning that nits are going round too. Joy! I've had a look and he doesn't seem to have any, but I'd better invest in a nit comb now as well.
I would say it's a relief that they'll grow out of it, but that's a long time away yet
What an idiot that pharmacist is, of course you can buy it over the counter .
A nit comb is a good investment . I 'll never forget the time I caught them from the kids :eek:. The joys of parenthood :rotfl:.Finally Debt Free After 34 Years, But Still Need to Live Frugally

Well we went out at the weekend, the kids enjoyed it, but we spent far too much due to the fact we didn't research the place we went to first and the entrance fees were extortionate! Serves us right
Both kids have been up loads at night so I am shattered. Hope this medication makes a difference.
Ouch, at least our kids don't tend to keep us awake at night now they're grown up.
Apart from last night and the night before worrying about DS2 travelling to the USA on his own :eek::(.
The medication is very effective by the way, but can take several hours to take effect. Which is why I used to keep some in stock so that I could dose them as soon as symptoms appeared. Finally Debt Free After 34 Years, But Still Need to Live Frugally
