If ITV have reason to believe that an individual entrant to their competitions or prize draws has made 30 or more entries using different phone numbers from any one entry platform then the Promoter will treat this as an attempt to unfairly influence the competition or prize draw and all entries submitted by that entrant will be discounted.

The winner must be a UK resident aged 18 years or over at the time of entering the competition, and may be required to confirm proof of age and eligibility.

Each call costs £2, plus your network access charge.

Text entries costs £2 plus one standard network rate message. If you do not want to receive SMS marketing texts about similar products and services, please add NO INFO at the end of your SMS text entry.

A single online entry costs £2 plus any standard network rate message where applicable. Paid and free entry bundles may be offered from time to time as stated on the website.

In the case of multiple entries received in an envelope or postcard, only one entry will be entered into the Prize Draw. Sufficient postage must be paid – any entries without sufficient postage will be discounted.

Five (5) Business Class Return Flights from London to Perth
This element of the First Prize consists of:

· Qantas return business class flights for the one (1) winner and up to four (4) companions (the “Flights”) as follows:
§ outbound from London Heathrow Airport to Perth Airport, Australia on a date selected by the winner within sixteen (16) months of receiving winner notification; and
§ returning from Perth Airport, Australia to London Heathrow Airport on a date selected by the winner.
· Access to the Qantas Transit Lounges in London Heathrow Airport (Terminal 3) and Perth Airport, Australia prior to the Flights.

Please note that all Flights must be booked before 30 June 2018. All Flights must be booked at the same time and used on the same itinerary. Travel dates which are excluded are between 1 December 2018 and 15 January 2019 (inclusive).

The Flights may be amended a maximum of two (2) times and no less than 2 weeks prior to the outbound flight departure date. All Flights are subject to availability and at the discretion of the Promoter and/or Prize Provider.

Please note that if the winner elects to take fewer than four (4) companions or no companion, the prize will be awarded to the winner and each participating companion. Any remainder of the prize will be forfeited and shall not be subject to further or alternative compensation.
