I have done this about 8 times now, but luckily I am a friend of the producer and know all of the film crew, who I know will respect my property and put it back to as it was when they leave.
Not sure If I would be so willing with a crew I didnt know.

I'm part of a Student film crew in Bournemouth who are looking for a quite posh, furnished location to shoot in on the 8th and 9th of December. Would anyone in the Bournemouth area who is interested be able to email on amprice9@aol.com.

    Thank you.
  • I have only just found this forum or i would have offered my property sooner. I'm living in Bristol in a 3/4 bedroomed home and am not home proud so am happy to open my home to anyone who needs a property in this area. Me and my young children live in the home but am happy to work along side people/companies. I have a large kitchen/utility room, a lounge, bathroom and a spare room downstairs. Upstairs with 2 double bedrooms and a single room. I'm happy to have the place decorated if needs be. Just as long as any damages are noted and fixed. Also the property has a front and back garden.
Just e-mail me if this is of interest

  • Calling BBC Wales productions, or anyone else in need of our property for filming.

Do you need an unusual, 4 level (3 flights of stairs) modern 4/5 bed detached house in South Wales for filming projects? Large 27ft kitchen/dining room, seperate loung, study, playroom, main bathroom, ensuite, seperate loo. Driveway to front, decked and lawned rear garden with large shed, views over lower end of East Barry to Bristol Channel including Steep Holm and the North Somerset coast.

    House is occupied but accomodating.

We are here....just off the Barry Docks Link Road, easy access to Cardiff and the M4.....

  • Would anyone be interested in a 3 bedroom semi detached abode in St Athan, Vale of Glamorgan? It has two reception rooms, one bathroom and one small kitchen. It's near an RAF base that carries out maintenance works. Could be handy if someone was thinking of re-making Top Gun!!!
  • I have recently been asked if I would let my home out for an afternoon an evening for a film shoot by a company on a small budget, as I have never done this before, can anyone help me in suggesting how much I could expect to earn from this shoot. Thanks for your help

Be careful as some escorts use this ploy to get a house or apartment for a few days every week or month.Even !!!!!! producers do the same tactic. They just say they are doing a show about property.
  • On a related, but different subject, does anyone know of companies that source cars for filming?
I have two 1920's cars, a 1978 Rolls Royce, a 1980 long wheelbase Mercedes and a 1984 BMW 635 that are primarily used for weddings but I'd like to make more use of them.
