Dudes,
Cooking Thai food for the first time this weekend. Need three courses, clearly the pudding needn't be thai, but any ideas what I can make?
Will be for 4 adults....
Cheers easy.

Thai papaya salad to start - you can make with swede if you can't get papaya. Can add prawns.
Slow cooked lamb massaman is very popular hereI’m a Senior Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Pensions, Annuities & Retirement Planning, Loans

Hi GT
I would suggest Thai spring rolls and dipping sauce and Chicken Satay for starter
Thai Green curry and Massaman curry for mains with rice/noodles
These can all be made from scratch fairly easily or can be made with spice mixes and premade spring rolls and can be veggie or meat
Pud mango with coconut Icecream
Most important thing is have fun x :beer:Note to self - STOP SPENDING MONEY !!

Presuming no allergies/dietary requirements, I'd do Thai fish cakes to start and Pad Thai for main.0
