    I've just reached another milestone.

For the 1st time in, well, forever, come pay day, my bill paying account will be in credit by over £100. :j

    It wasn't easy Puddylove.

I'd been in debt all my adult life, and seriously in debt for over a decade.

It took ~ 5 years, from my LBM, to get DF.

It's so easy to get credit, but so hard to pay it back! :o

    Well done.

Since around Jan this year, though, I'm working on paying off my debts, and saving for a house deposit simultaneously.

My only saving grace is that I have paid into a pension, and I've never defaulted.

It's not easy - you must feel pretty good now?

Actually, paying it back wasn't a problem, to start with.

It got a lot harder, when I obtained a couple of Credit cards. :(

Without them, I think I'd have been fine.

I agree; I've got 3 credit cards, with a combined limit of £35k plus - enough to land me in trouble. I owe about £9k (vet bills) and that's enough!
