What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

    What's the evening class, Dizzy?

I am attempting to learn Welsh. Small and Tiny will both learn it at school and I want to make sure I know what they're saying about me between themselves lol. So far, I can introduce myself and ask someone's name. Not a lot for two hours...

I'm calling in very early as feel fairly naff today and will be having an early night. So 1/22 please Shaggy

  • 1/21 last night which included a meal out so I felt very virtuous having no wine! It is strange how strong a habit drinking wine with a meal out has become for me.

I am very impressed with the great totals coming in for September, well done indeed to everyone. Motivation levels seem very high on here which is fab to see.

OH brought a bottle of red wine when he went shopping and suggested we start my birthday celebrations early! I didn't, he did have one small glass, I had a great night sleep and he tossed and turned all night - so glad I resisted, ha ha!
