    Morning All

I had a classic today (again) I found a big haul of things as I was walking to work. 4 side plates, a chair, a toilet seat in its wrappings still, a thesaurus, & a play bag for a child.
Now the funny bit was, we need side plates. I just spent £2 buying two yesterday with the intention of stocking up a few at a time, so that has saved me £4 based on the very cheapest. The toilet seat in our downstairs loo has been broken for goodness knows how long, so hello loo seat My son can make use of the Thesaurus, the chair can be used at work, & the play bag entertained DD for all of 5 mins before she must have thrown it over the edge of her buggy

Also forgot to log the very ancient 20p found yesterday, and penny today.

    Bob

    Brilliant! Absolutely fantastic :T:T

Are you a crafty person? If not you could maybe sell the boxes as is on ebay.

I am rather art and crafty but I go through phases, and this seems to be one of them. Good idea with maybe selling a few on the Bay :);)

I might even try something mosaic as I've got the tiles, but before I start breaking them up, I'm going to have a collegue take a look at the tiles later today. Just in case there are any collectables - I've just got a strange feeling that some of them are because the designs are so beautiful. Plus, they've just thrown some more out today, so I've just been and collected those too :rotfl:

Came back to update as I've had some additions :D:D

Argos (no spend required) vouchers £10
My collegue came to look at the ceramic tiles I've wombled
2 sets of Victorian fireplace and spacer tiles - beautiful condition - they offered £300 for both sets - SOLD!

I've added another £310 to my wombling total

I've also got a set of 10 Art Nouveau fireplace tiles - nice clean condition - worth between £500-£900 to the right buyer/collector  And a mixture of odds and bobs tiles worth between £2-£6 each. Needless to say, I won't be breaking any of them up to do creative mosaic stuff! :);) Will be trying to sell those in the next few weeks :p

Hope everyone has a great evening and weekend! :);)

Not sure If i posted this already or not, correct me if I have.

I have done two training courses at work and when they are on they put the coffee vending machine in the training area on 'free vend'

Naturally I made it my mission to have as many coffees I could.

9 coffees over two sessions at £1.20 normally is a £10.80 womble.

I was telling my colleague at work about wombling, she was very impressed by it

Thanks Bob, it is amazing just how much money can be saved when you are a determined wombler. Every single penny and pound soon adds up. :)

Completely agree. Love reading how everyone else makes those savings/freebies add up and taking inspiration to do better myself.
