Hi all after some advice from any body who knows or professional who can help at a cost recently my mother sadly passed she had shares in commonwealth bank of Australia me and my sister what to keep the shares and split them down the middle and put them in both are names my sister is executor and has sent grant of probate to them we are now receiving divs in here name but need to change ownership of shares tried are solicitor but he has had no joy and has given up main reason because shares are from a diff country any advice would be much app
