Job Relocation reason for Redundancy ?

Options
I've been notified of provisional redundancy due to my employer moving my job from uk to France. I've done the job for the last 4 years without this need. Is this a valid reason ?
I am the only uk employee.
Thanks for any thoughts.

    Why it shouldn't be valid?
If there is a business reason for it, they can move it to wherever they want and there isn't much you can do about it. Unless you are willing to relocate to France, your role is now redundant. Have a look at Government website about redundancy to understand your rights.
