Exactly, but it is rather nice...although I'm not sure about some of the wall art!

...it wouldn't be cheap to heat either.

And you might have thought that the EA would mention that this magnificent beautifully restored etc house just happens to be on the South Circular. The EA is right about the pubs though.

After clicking on the map view and zooming out, I'm concerned there may be a risk of flooding here.

On zooming out, it looks like the EA put the property on latitude 0 and longitude 0

The whole thing looks as if it was shot on an old phone, so maybe I'm wrong, but I'm picking up subtle changes of shade in the ceilings and on some of the walls, which suggests unevenness. It could be dirt on the walls, though. The whole thing just doesn't look as crisp as it should.

    Pics 7 & 9 for example.

Ah....see what you mean. Didnt have to have a very close peer at the ceiling to think "Yikes!".

Wondering which it was that did for the owner wishing to keep the place first actually out of that aforementioned heating bill or, on the other hand, all those stairs everywhere! You wouldn't need a gym membership to keep fit if you lived there.

    It's the default.

For a while, Webbers EA in my area were doing this on all their properties, but I don't know what the reasoning was behind it. As some were country houses, I thought it could have been to discourage drive-bys, but as they often included the road name with town property, it wasn't exactly an intellectual challenge, finding those. Indeed, a bit of Googling usually worked for the others too.

Although I can understand people being annoyed if their Street View pics were taken on dustbin day, or whatever, it wouldn't really justify trying to hide the property. Hiding things is never a great way to advertise them.

There is a lift. Though that may increase the POA by £2m
