I went on earlier and couldn't get on when I clicked the sign in link on the home page. But when I clicked on the Existing Customers tab and then clicked the Sign in link on that page I had no issues.0

The site is slow as ever but works fine using this link:

Thanks for the link, see quite out of date (petrol I bought on Sat not there). I would guess they are having some technical issues that go beyond just the client front end.0

Yeah the amount of credit you have available should update very quickly but the statement does not.0

I think it's more of a bug that being offline, as several links have invalid information inside them so your browser doesn't know how to parse them and borks. There are valid links elsewhere on the site though, and if you bookmark the login page that's been working fine.0 -
Got my first paper statement today. I note it stipulates this card interest free period: "Up to 51 days for purchases only" (nothing was given out about the period before now). Under payment information the: "Direct debit amount" has the statement balance, rather than nothing or the minimum (so I deem the DD is covered this month - even though there is no other confirmation of that on the statement.) Unlike the online version, there IS a summary for the cashback earned to date. Finally it arrived today (26th) but was dated '14th' - rather late given the payment comes out in 4 days time - so I'm putting that down to the first month only......under construction.... COVID is a [discontinued] scam0

We do have 12 months to get the cashback? Yes?
So am I right in thinking there's no real advantage to busting a gut to qualify early and then having to make efforts for it not to go dormant?
Maximum cashback is only £100. So I guess there is no advantage in rushing to get that.0 -
Yes, we have to wait for 12 months to get the cash back.
You are right but I was talking about accruing it.
You can earn it over 12 months, so no need for anyone to put themselves out in a big way if they think there are risks of doing so.0
