Just been onto nectar to query why my 1000 points havent been added from the January 20th virgin offer and they have added them immediately. Might be worth getting on chat now to talk to "glen" if you still havent received yours. Didnt even ask me for proof of buying ticket which a previous person had asked for the day before when I enquired. But I didnt have the details to hand at that time So tried again just now
I have just been on about Viking and they claimed I have to contact Viking not them .
I have the 1000 from East Coast though - checking online they are now down with a January date even though I checked previously and they weren't there .
