Paddington 24/7 Competition Win a Trip for 2 to Cornwall – Additional Terms and Conditions

1) The prize comprises:

• Standard class return rail travel for two from UK mainland station nearest to the prize winner’s home address to London, unless the winner’s home address is in Northern Ireland, in which case, the prize will include return economy class flights to London and transfers to the hotel in London;
• Private transfer for two from inbound train station in London to hotel;
• One (1) nights’ hotel accommodation (4* minimum) for two within walking distance of Paddington Station, based on the prize winner and their companion sharing a twin/double room on a bed and breakfast basis;
• Rail travel for two on board Great Western Railway’s Night Riviera Sleeper from Paddington Station to Hayle, Cornwall, based on the prize winner and their companion sharing a twin berth cabin. Services include:
  1. Access for two to the GWR First Class lounge at Paddington Station from 21:00 on the day of departure;
  2. Exclusive use for two of the on-board lounge carriage; with complimentary non-alcoholic drinks and light snacks; and
  3. Breakfast and wakeup call
  4. Private transfer for two from Hayle Station to Tregenna Castle Resort;

• Three (3) nights’ accommodation for two at Tregenna Castle Resort, based on the prize winner and their companion sharing a Bay View apartment on a bed and breakfast basis;
• A bottle of Champagne on arrival at Tregenna Castle Resort;
• Spa treatment for two at Tregenna Castle Resort (up to the maximum value of £50 per person);
• Unlimited rounds of golf at Tregenna Castle Resort;
• Three-course dinner for two on one evening at Tregenna Castle Resort with a bottle of house wine to share;
• Private transfer for two from Tregenna Castle Resort to Penzance Railway Station;
• First-class rail travel for two from Penzance, Cornwall to Paddington Station on board a day time service train;
• Private transfer for two from Paddington Station to the prize winner’s departure station in London; and
• £500 spending money for the prize winner only.

2) The prize winner must book their trip within 28 days of their congratulations e-mail from Element being sent and at least six weeks in advance of their preferred departure date or the prize may be forfeited.
3) The prize must be taken and completed by 21st October 2018 and cannot be taken between 19th December 2017 and 4th January 2018, 23rd to 27th October 2017; 12th to 16th February 2018; 30th March 2018 to 15th April 2018; 28th May 2018 to 1st June 2018; 25th July 2018 to 3rd September 2018 or 7th May 2018.
4) Please note that the Night Riviera Sleeper operates from Sunday to Friday and departs London Paddington at 23:45.
5) Where the prize winner is under 18 years old, he/she must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over to check into the hotel.
6) The prize excludes transfers between the winner’s home and the train station/airport, drinks, additional meals, excursions, attractions, spa treatments, gratuities, personal expenses, travel insurance and all other costs and arrangements not expressly included in the prize.
7) The prize and all its elements are subject to availability. Neither Channel 5 nor Element will accept responsibility for the hotel or any facilities / elements of the prize being unavailable, withdrawn or amended.
8) There is no cash alternative or refund for unused portions of the prize. The prize is non-transferrable.
9) Any amendments made by the prize winner after the booking is confirmed may be subject to administration charges levied by the specific supplier. Any such charges will be the responsibility of the prize winner.
10) A cheque for the £500 spending money included in the prize will be issued in the prize winner’s name within 14 days of the holiday booking being confirmed.
