Given the way I - and you - exploit the Co-op, you were expecting ? :)

During an oral customer service questionnaire, at the end of an in branch transaction, my suggestion was that they should have some kind of reward system, like most other banks and the lady said I may well be pleasantly surprised.

Shortly afterwards they started the cashback on card use and £4 reward.

A few weeks ago, there was an online survey and I suggested that it would be good to have interest on some or all money in a currency account....so watch this space as I may have influence.:rotfl:

    Well done, TM, fingers crossed.

Talking of influence, I was wondering if the Co-op board found and consumed the last of Flowers' stash.

That's the only explanation I can think of for this crazy mailshot - and its psychedelic colour choices. Green links on blue backgrounds - groovy no-doubt, but near-invisible :)

I've had my 'main' account with Co-op for 45 years.

Not even an email 'thank you' :(

Looks like I owe Co-op an apology. I did get an email 'thank you' on Friday but it was held up in some queue in the ether:( which is not unusual.

Not guilty. I've always used Co-op as my main account:D

You'd expect something, even if it was minor.

A well known p2p lender has been supplying chocolate to certain lenders where a minor issue hasn't gone to plan, you'd expect the larger bank to be able to do something however minimal.

And very nice it is too :)

    Flowers and booze from NatWest.

    Would prefer a competent service.

I'm not (I know who you are referring to). I didn't put a great deal of effort into choosing my user name over there although I don't post a great deal.
