I came in at 4am was knackered
She had box under bench by wall with blankets in and had gone to sleep in it.
Got up at 7 she'd gone.
Had a mooch round but I can't get into the school and that's the bushes she came from the other night.
If she comes back tonight I'm going to have to go down the trap route.
Absolutely knackered0 -
Although it sounds cruel, do you have a garage/shed/outbuilding you could shut her in overnight, if she comes back this evening? Shut her in with some food, water and blankets of course. Then she's there in the morning to take to the vet.
If she has worms and possibly fleas then not indoors is probably best for the sake of your other pets.
Good for you for looking out for little puss. Vets in our area work with shelters, so they'll take in a stray, attempt to find an owner, then pass them on to a shelter if need be.0 -
No pink
Other reason I didn't want to let her in my male dog has flea allergy dermatitis one bite and he's ripping hair out.
I shall just stay with her I think if she comes back then get her to the vets which thankfully is open tomorrow.
Plus she was very hissy with my inherited male cat and female dog (liked the male dog though)
She's very pretty lots of ginger in the tortie and very sweet0 -
I wouldn't bring her into the house either as it's not fair on your other pets, especially if she has worms and possibly fleas. Was only thinking if you had a handy place outside to shut her!
Good luck and well done for trying to sort her out. Good kitty karma coming your way.0 -
Thanks pink
I seem to be on a roll as last week a kitten outside supermarket with a badly damaged hind leg was following me round had to call the rspca (they came for that for a change) to get that one she was screaming when tried to her leg down.0 -

Look out for the next one, they always come in threes!:)0 -
Sounds like this kitty has decided you are her care giver, one way or another. Be it living with you or you sorting out where she goes.
Sounds like she has found the right person.
Torties are very headstrong........hissing at your female dog means nothing. she could be rubbing her head with hers the next day. Torties are quite unpredictable.Yep...still at it, working out how to retire early.:D....... Going to have to rethink that scenario as have been screwed over by the company. A work in progress.0 -
