Hi
If I am given my 3 month notice when I have worked somewhere for 2 years and 10 months, so then leave after 3 years and 1 month, do I get 2 years worth of redunancy or 3 years?
Thanks
Tim

I would have said 3 because you will have actually workrd there 3 full yearsmake the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.0 -
Assuming you work your notice and your date of termination is after the 3 year mark, then 3 years.“I could see that, if not actually disgruntled, he was far from being gruntled.” - P.G. Wodehouse0
