    Both issues - any drive cover and named drivers having DOC were under discussion as lot of people don't seem to think any driver cover exists or is very expensive!

    No, the original topic was about being done for no insurance as the op thought doc was extended to named drivers.

    And the OP wasn't uninsured as they were insured under any driver cover on the car owners insurance.
