    I have seen this poll a few times over the years but I have yet to see the definition of 'customer service' and how it relates to my account.

    Is it how they respond when I contact them? if so, what if I never have to contact them? (as is the case)
    Does this mean that they get a good rating or is it the account that gets a good rating?
