Has anyone ever heard of DrivingPay.org?

Saw an advert in the back of the paper (first alarm bell) for drivingpay.org promising £350 a day for delivering passports and laptops etc.

Had a look at the website and there's not a lot there, just a box to enter your email so they can send you the full information (second alarm bell, why not just put the information on your website?).

While I'm highly sceptical, it does sound like something I'd be interested in doing for a bit, and £350 a day would be quite nice, so I was just wondering if anyone here had heard of them or knew if they were legit or not?

Thanks

• Sounds a bit dodgy and website doesn't look very legit to be honest. I'd be wary. But you might as well see what they send you by email I guess!
• A quick analysis shows that if you enter your name and email address you'll be taken to:

http://www.drivingpay.org/driving/

They're just trying to sell you an ebook for £49. Boring old scam.
• Had a look at the information they send you (they don't even send it, you just get redirected to a page after entering an email address). All they do is give you "information" on how to get in contact with companies to offer your services as a courier. You also get to learn "trade secrets" on slashing your fuel and motoring costs by 50%, how to get SatNav for free! And what loopholes you can use to avoid penalty points! All for just the cost of the £49 (usually £99.95) one-time registration fee!

Yeah, so as I suspected, SCAM

The fact that their website is registered and hosted inAmwerica and they are hiding their details says it all. Deffo a SCAM as delivering those two items are already catered for in this country by the reputabe courier companies we already know

Have also dropped a mail to the legal department of the AA for them using their logo and comment on a site like this
• Its quite funny how people can find time to look at these scam sites offering ridicolous wages but not the time to find the genuine minimum wage jobs that do exist.

Why on earth would anyone pay a courier £350 per day! is the cargo anthrax!
• yes, they are hiding ! checked whois and they are registered in USA, also if you click on the contact us link, there is no data shown, they just want money....yours...SCAM !
• Saw an advert recently in the Daily Express.
Looked at site & yes not good vibes.
Sent my e mail address
Had a reply from a 'Greg' about fast 7 day tracking application. £49.99 !
I replied to his message BUT returned with a failure notice !
vacancies@drivingpay.org
On their site NO contact e-mail address anywhere.
on 'Contact us' page gives :-
This website is operated by drivingpay.org

I await an answer as I have applied again asking my daft questions in their message box.

I have reported their advert & web site to the Daily Express.

Actually there was at the side of this advert another Specialist Courier advert & was the same style but cheaper.
Assume purchased details from there & copied !

On looking for info on Google on drivingpay.org actually then came onto your messages here.
Thus taken the time to update
Plus now knowing it is as suspected a service offering if any information of Specialist Courier's & not actual work.
This information may thus be readily available via correct Google searches as I have discovered,
Thanks
