Money Saving misers in the Three Valleys area get a £5 rebate if they pretend to be out when the meter reader comes round and then have to send in their own reading.

Really...? I suppose YOU must have your meter INSIDE your property then, eh? I thought most 3 Valleys meters were fitted OUTside -- ours certainly is, some yards outside actually. We tend to get meter readings twice a year but I've scarcely ever seen the meter reader.

LOL - do you hide behind the door hardly daring to breathe or under the table! Ours is outside so no such luck.
