how to work out your gas consumption in kw

Hi I have just received my first ever gas bill!
can anyone explain how to do the conversion to work out kw hrs

bill says volume =388tk
calorific value = 39.6000
conversion factor 1.022640

cost per kw = 2.15900

    can someone explain then how powergen get
    388 tk volume used to be 44 kw hours.

    As Using the conversion supplied above I get it to be 4364 kwh

    its a metric metre so i missed off multiplying by 2.83
