for those who've seen my constant posting today accept my apology.

I just had a question for those in the know, i have recently submitted an offer to debt collection agencies who rejected my offer but submitted a counter offer ( which i will accept) my question now is will the debt collection agencies possibly issue a CCJ to get there full amount whilst were in negotiations? or is it likely they'll be happy with receiving the 70% they have counter offered..

    If they have said they are happy with the F&F then it is unlikely they would commence court proceedings in the meantime.
